The way we look at the world is ruled by conventions. But what if we dare to challenge them? Not as a goal in itself, but to break though barriers for accelerating the transition to a sustainable (maritime) future. That is our mission and during this leadership session we challenged an executive team (20p) to take a closer look at their own conventions and to reframe their so-called ‘ limiting beliefs’ into opportunities.

Our goal: conscious leaders that dare to challenge the status quo, equipped with the tooling to create opportunities while doing so.

Elements/build-up

• Setting the scene & establishing common ground by exploring parallels between ‘our’ maritime world and the executive team’s scope & reality.
• Dive into (a specific part of) maritime with what we see happening and why we advocate for both the necessity and incredible opportunity of ‘rethinking shipping’.
• Inspirational examples from our daily practice that display qualities and leadership traits indispensable for innovating and discovering new possibilities. And all contributing to a sustainable future in their own way.
• Leading up to the question “which conventions would you like to challenge”? Which forms the basis for the final part where everything comes together: reframing your business.

The great thing is that this workshop often also brings worlds together and that is usually where new ideas, inspiration and innovation potential ignites.
