That’s why during Europort 2025 we are literally putting circularity on the map with the very first Circular Maritime Route: an exclusive and interactive tour along 10 pioneers in the maritime sector. They show how #smartmaterialuse and #circularbusinessmodels contribute to a #futureproofbusiness and a resilient #maritimemanufacturingindustry.

Together with BlueCity and Europort, and with the support of the Municipality of Rotterdam and the Rijksregiebureau, we are coordinating the route. From circular design to modular construction, from remanufacturing to sustainable retrofitting and high-value dismantling — each example shows how the sector can strengthen its #competitiveness, #strategicautonomy and build the #shipyardofthefuture.
