In 2025, we chaired the Bebeka client & stakeholder day for the second time, with the central theme: ‘Organize Better Energy Together’.

 

Energy, connection, and looking ahead

The energy transition is in full swing. What does that mean for the future of the cooperative and its members? During this inspiring edition, 100 members, associates, and stakeholders of Bebeka came together to discuss new strategies, powerful collaborations, and smart solutions for a sustainable future.

 

Dynamic program with great speakers

The program offered a mix of content, inspiration, and interaction. After a joint opening by the Bebeka board and the Maritime Sisters, three wonderful speakers took the stage:

• Diederik Samsom shared his vision on sustainable leadership in times of change and the opportunities of the energy transition.

• Erik Scherder showed how the brain, movement, and innovation come together and how organisations remain mentally agile in an unprecedentedly fast-changing world.

• Ahmed Aboutaleb kicked off in short dialogue with Maritime Sisters and then talked about connecting in a changing world, with valuable lessons about inclusion, resilience, and collaboration.

 

Energy, interaction, and in-depth reflection

As moderators, we ensured an energetic flow, sharp timing, and surprising interaction. We monitored the pace of the program, created space for in-depth reflection, and actively involved the audience in the themes of the day. Together with the board and the speakers, we ensured that everyone left inspired and with new insights.
