A big thank you to YOU for voting for us! And an even bigger honour to receive the Career4Sea Europort New Generation Award at the place where it all started: visiting the Europort exhibition with our father as little girls! Therefore it was particularly special that our parents were present for this moment.
Receiving the #CAREER4SEA Europort New Generation Award, for accoding to the jury “their energy and passion to make the sector futureproof, attractive and sustainable through their innovative activities that bring change, inspiration and promote collaboration” – basically doing what we love and what we think our industry needs – is not only a great appreciation of our work, but mostly a motivator to keep going!
Thank you Apostolos (Apo) Belokas and the SAFETY4SEA team for making this happen. And for bringing together the distinct sound of the nominees and winners Isabelle Rickmers, Eero Lehtovaara, Stephan Procee, and Thomas Plueschau with which we had the pleasure to reflect on the buttons we would like to switch for a sustainable maritime future during the panel discussion. Onwards!
